You must excuse me, for bothering you again

about “accommodations”; – the previously mentioned flat,

I am in need of renting from you, as soon as it’s

available. We have talked about this for many years, –

and as far back as 5–6 years ago I thought

of travelling in to Bergen to paint many things,

that I have had in my sights for many years, but

I haven’t been able to come to the city

due to the lack of appropriate lodging to paint

in and live in; – the studio; which I had initially thought of –

I was forced to give up long ago, – but it appears

that, it will be more difficult to find lodging, the more

one lowers one’s requirements; – your flat I believe

might be used as a studio, – and you must be

kind enough as to reserve it for me, as soon as it is available.
